1st Developer Sale (1st contracted Developer property starting January 1, 2012.) -Realtors will receive 6 months of Club privileges -$500 in Club credit for use at any of the community amenities
2nd Developer Sale -An additional 6 months of Club privileges -An additional $1,000 in Club credit
3rd Developer Sale (and any additional contracted Developer properties) -An additional 6 months in Club privileges -An addtional $1,500 in Club credit
